Freight Appointments are working with a top 25 freight forwarder in Atlanta who are looking for an experience Air Export Agent to join their team.
Job Description:
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of air export shipments, including documentation, customs clearance, and delivery arrangements
- Communicate with clients, carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate shipment of goods
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Handle any issues or problems that may arise during the shipment process
- Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns from clients
