Job Description
- Handle end-to-end air export operations, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and company policies
- Coordinate with airlines, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods
- Prepare and review shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise

Keep current with Hazardous Material license/certification.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in Air Export processes
- Strong knowledge of customs regulations and international trade requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and vendors
- Detail-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in relevant software and systems, such as CargoWise and Microsoft Office Suite
