Job Description
- Oversee and manage air export operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and customer requirements
- Coordinate with airlines, customs brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of shipments
- Lead a team of air export coordinators, providing guidance and support to achieve operational targets
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Stay updated with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and enhance operational processes
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end air export operations, including documentation, customs clearance, and shipment tracking
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of shipping documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and export permits
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and customer service, to provide exceptional service to our clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with airlines, customs authorities, and other stakeholders
- Coach and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth
