Job description

Are you an experienced Business Development Manager looking for a new opportunity in the freight forwarding industry? Look no further! We are currently hiring for the position of Business Development Manager at a top 10 freight forwarding company based in Atlanta.

About the Company:

Our client is a leading large size freight forwarder with a strong presence in the Atlanta market. With a track record of success and a reputation for excellence, they offer a dynamic and fast-paced work environment, along with great commission and career growth opportunities.

Job Description:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including large size accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the freight forwarding industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
