Job description

Our client, a leading company in the freight forwarding industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join their team. This is a remote position with a salary of up to $125k, plus great commission opportunities.

Job Description:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and performance

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales role
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Self-motivated and driven, with a passion for success
