- Coordinate and manage all aspects of the export process, including documentation, transportation, and customs clearance
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements
- Communicate with clients, carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely shipment delivery
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or inquiries related to exports
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize export processes and improve operational efficiency
