- Communicate with clients, carriers, and agents to ensure smooth and efficient transportation of goods
- Prepare and process export documentation, including customs documentation and shipping labels
- Handle all aspects of logistics and freight forwarding, from booking to delivery
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the shipping process
