Do you have previous experience in Air or Ocean Import?
On behalf of my client, a mid-sized freight forwarder, I am looking for someone with previous import experience, eager to learn and develop within a company that reward good results.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading logistics company with a competitive salary range of €42,000 to €48,000 gross annually.

Job Description

• Processing of import orders according to customer instructions including customs clearance
• Direct customer contact, communication as part of order processing in German and English
• Email correspondence, communication with authorities, especially customs (objections, etc.)
• Coordination with transporters about necessary transport and price negotiations
• Arranging transfers from the Ground Handling Agent (GHA) to the warehouse
• Creation of transport orders and outgoing invoices

• Coordination and monitoring of delivery dates

About you

• Experience and in-depth knowledge of daily customs clearance, dealing with the EZT
• Good written and spoken German & English

• Communication skills and Teamwork oriented
