Our client, a mid-sized freight forwarder are looking for a Team leader to their Frankfurt branch.
Job Description:
· Lead and manage a team of air export specialists
· Oversee the daily operations of the air export department
· Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
· Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
· Provide guidance and support to team members
Required Skills:
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in air export operations
· Strong knowledge of freight forwarding processes and procedures
· Excellent leadership and communication skills
· Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
· Fluent written and spoken German and English
