Business Development Manager

Our client, a midsize global forwarder, is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join their team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for bringing a book of business across with you and expanding the company's client base. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a reputable company and make a significant impact on their growth.

Job Description:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the freight forwarding industry
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities

Key Requirements:

  • Proven track record in business development within the freight forwarding industry
  • Strong network of contacts in the industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and drive results
  • Knowledge of international trade regulations and logistics operations
