Inside Sales - Freight Forwarding
Are you an ambitious and target-driven sales professional looking to take your career to the next level? My client have an exciting opportunity for an Inside Sales Representative within the freight forwarding industry in Frankfurt.
Job Description:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to hunt for new clients in the freight forwarding industry
- Meet and exceed sales targets by building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries and complaints in a timely manner
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify potential clients through targeted research and outreach
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiate and close deals to drive revenue growth
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of inside sales experience within the freight forwarding industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
