Job Description:
- Oversee the operations of the San Francisco branch, ensuring efficient and effective freight forwarding services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Manage a team of skilled professionals, providing guidance and support to drive performance and achieve targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and implement strategies for growth.
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and company policies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the freight forwarding industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and industry best practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
