Job Description:

• Oversee the operations of the San Francisco branch, ensuring efficient and effective freight forwarding services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
• Manage a team of skilled professionals, providing guidance and support to drive performance and achieve targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and implement strategies for growth.
• Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and company policies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the freight forwarding industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and industry best practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
