Job description

​​​​​​​​​​​​​Freight Appointments is working with a mid-sized Canadian Forwarder to recruit a Sales Executive to cover the West Coast territory.

 

Job Description:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and expand the client base
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the San Francisco territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify potential growth areas

 

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the freight forwarding or logistics industry
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Excellent relationship-building abilities
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Knowledge of import and export regulations is a plus
