Freight Appointments is working with a mid-sized Canadian Forwarder to recruit a Sales Executive to cover the West Coast territory.
Job Description:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and expand the client base
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the San Francisco territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify potential growth areas
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the freight forwarding or logistics industry
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent relationship-building abilities
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Knowledge of import and export regulations is a plus
