As an Air and Ocean Import Manager, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing the import process for your clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with global partners to ensure smooth and efficient import operations
- Handling all documentation and customs clearance requirements
- Monitoring shipments and providing regular updates to clients
- Resolving any issues or delays that may arise during the import process
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers
