Ocean Import Coordinator – Stuttgart

Business is going strong! A reputable European forwarder in Stuttgart is hiring 2 Ocean Import Operators to their growing team.

Key responsibilities:

·        Steer the import process – from A to Z, ensuring shipments arrive smoothly and on time

·        Coordinate with carriers, customers, and overseas partners

·        Handle documentation & compliance – it’s all in the details!

·        Troubleshoot challenges – delays, customer hiccups, last-minute changes? You’ve got it covered.

·        Build strong relationships – with customers, colleagues, and partners worldwide.

Qualifications:

·        1-3 years of Ocean Import experience (freight forwarding)
