Job description

Are you spending more time in your car than meeting with customers? Wouldn’t it be nice just to cover a local region?


As a Senior Sales Executive the part of the job you love the most is that customer-facing interaction


That buzz and excitement of pursuing a business opportunity with a potential customer who genuinely wants to hear about what you have to offer


Getting to shake their hand and sit down with them over a coffee


Being able to look them in the eyes and see that interest building as you’re speaking about the Air & Ocean freight forwarding solutions you can offer


In this role you’ll get to do more of what you love, and spend less time sitting behind the wheel, as almost all your customer meetings will be local to the Stuttgart area


You’ll never be isolated either, with constant opportunities to work directly onsite with your colleagues in Stuttgart to spark your creativity. Giving the perfect balance between teamwork and autonomy.


You’ll typically expect to arrange at least 8 face-to-face meetings per week, with both potential and existing customers.


Your leads will frequently be generated by overseas offices or assigned by your Sales Manager.


You’ll get to target those juicy medium-to-large accounts and be at the forefront of connecting German businesses to global opportunities.


The company you’ll be working for invests in their Salespeople, with an AI-driven learning platform that blends virtual classes, online courses and hands-on practice.


You’ll be part of one of the Top 20 Freight Forwarding businesses globally, who have a truly ‘international’ culture. You can expect to interact with colleagues in both English and German.


You will find the structure and hierarchies here to be less tense than most German companies, giving you a more relaxed and informal environment.

You can expect a salary between €65 - €75k depending on the depth of your sales experience in Global Freight Forwarding.
