What Will You Do?
As a Sales Executive, you will:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Netherlands, targeting key industries such as manufacturing, retail, automotive, and e-commerce.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their logistics needs and offering tailored freight forwarding solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, customer service, and pricing) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and market developments to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales, preferably within freight forwarding, logistics, or a related industry.
- Skills:
- Proven ability to generate new business and close deals.
- Strong understanding of air, ocean, and road freight services.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Dutch and English.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Mindset: A proactive, solutions-oriented approach with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
