Job Title: Regional Head of Reefer – Benelux

Location: Benelux Region (Flexible)

Salary: €65,000 – €97,500 + Bonus, Benefits, and Company Car

Our client is seeking a commercially driven Regional Head of Reefer to lead their Benelux operations. This is a high-impact role with significant growth potential, perfect for a freight forwarding expert with a proven track record in sales, operations, and team leadership.

Your Role:

Lead and grow the reefer business across the Benelux region.

Manage a high-performing team, ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Drive sales strategies to expand market share in pharma and cold cargo sectors.

Oversee P&L management, delivering on financial targets.

Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Your Profile:

Minimum 5 years of experience in freight forwarding, with a focus on reefer, pharma, or cold cargo.

Proven expertise in sales, operations, and P&L management.

Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams.

Commercially driven with a strategic mindset.

Fluency in English; Dutch or French is a plus.
