Job description
Position Specific:
- Adapts IFF strategies for key products, including Air Freight Forwarding, Ocean Freight Forwarding, and Customs House Brokerage, to guide daily branch management.
- Participates in shaping company policies, managing budgets, and developing long-term strategies, goals, and objectives.
- Assesses branch activities, costs, operations, and quality, and analyzes data to gauge progress towards set goals and objectives.
- Collaborates with branch management to evaluate accomplishments and adjust goals or objectives based on current situations.
- Manages P&L and KPIs, prepares mid-term plans and budgets aligned with IFF goals and growth targets.
- Establishes procedures and controls to enhance communication and information sharing.
- Cultivates a supportive environment, maintains regular communication with branch management and staff.
- Conducts performance assessments, recommends promotions, salary adjustments, and addresses performance-related matters.
- Designs and revisits individual growth plans, strengthening succession planning efforts.
- Manages and grows customer relationships, interacting frequently to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Promotes a culture of continuous improvement through Kaizen principles.
- Executes special projects and other tasks as directed by the RVP.
