Job description
Process import and export documentation in compliance with customs regulations
Receive and review documentation, to input and transmit data for CBP release of shipments.
Maintain system task list to identify the status of every entry through each phase of the CBP process
Communicate with clients regarding shipment status and resolve any issues or delays
Responsible for meeting KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) for Import operations
Handling carnets and TIB entries
