Job Description:

• Coordinate and manage the import customs clearance process for our clients
• Communicate with customs authorities and ensure compliance with customs regulations
• Prepare and submit customs documentation, including import declarations and duty calculations
• Liaise with clients and provide timely updates on the status of their shipments
• Resolve any issues or delays in customs clearance and ensure smooth delivery of goods

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely customs documentation
• Stay up-to-date with changes in customs regulations and ensure compliance
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any queries or concerns from clients
• Maintain accurate records of customs clearance activities
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices

Salary

• Competitive salary range of €3.5k to €4.2k per month
