Job Description:
- Manage and coordinate all freight forwarding activities, including customs clearance and transportation.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency and minimize costs.
- Lead and motivate a team of operations staff to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall operational effectiveness.
