Job Description:

• Manage and coordinate all freight forwarding activities, including customs clearance and transportation.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency and minimize costs.
• Lead and motivate a team of operations staff to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall operational effectiveness.
