Job Description:

• Coordinate and manage ocean import shipments for our clients, ensuring smooth and timely delivery
• Liaise with carriers, customs officials, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations and requirements
• Handle documentation, including bill of lading, customs forms, and other import-related paperwork
• Track and monitor shipments, providing regular updates to clients
• Resolve any issues or delays, proactively communicating with clients and stakeholders

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Previous experience of 2 years ocean import operations within the freight forwarding industry or more
• Strong knowledge of customs regulations and procedures
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in industry-specific software and systems
